O Christmas Tree!

We thought about not getting a Christmas tree since we're leaving January 5th but then rethought it when Jack started oohing & ahhing at Christmas trees, Christmas lights, Christmas painting on the outsides of shops, Christmas songs, Christmas decorations and even his Christmas tree firetruck sweater.

We loaded up the kids & took them to the hardware store Christmas tree lot & we picked the happiest tree we could find! Jack was pretty happy with our decision...

Naturally kids. They find a pile of sawdust & a big tool and that's what they're interested in, ha!

Violet found a prize...

Hmmm...where'd everybody go? Where am I? What's happening?
(We put the Christmas tree in the trailer & the kids thought it was sooo funny they were in there with it...being the good parents we are we put them safely in their car seats for the drive home.)

Hmmm, anybody looking....? These Christmas lights look fun & bright & festive!!

Forget the lights...there's a whole box of Christmas ornaments!
(Violet crawled into the box & started looking at each ornament.)

Oooh! Mommy said this one is from China! It's a red lantern!
