Olan Mills come to town!

HA...a very entertaining experience! Thankfully AFTER the picture was taken Jack biffed it on the Olan Mills display & got a big red mark on his face. Well...not thankful he biffed it but glad he didn't have a large red mark on his face in the picture.
Jack's smile is saying something like, "hey girls of Tulare First Baptist, I'm Jack Witty!"
Violet is her serious (looking) self...the other day in the grocery story a complete stranger said, "your baby looks crabby". I almost hit her. (kidding, sort of)
Violet couldn't be a bigger love, giggle box, silly heart, joy...there are barely words to describe her amazing little personality. She's so funny and she loves to be rambunctious with Jack! They wrestle around in their room and laugh and laugh...music to a mom & dad's ears! She LOVES her daddy & lunges out of my arms to get to him. She's precious.
Both kids are. They're the best kids on the planet!
We returned home from Israel on October 14 and we came home to a VERY sick Violet! She was never taken to the doctor for the cold she had while we were gone so when I brought her in on the 16th she had a "severe" double ear infection, sinus infection & cold.
Round #1 of antibiotics - didn't work
Round #2 of antibiotics - didn't work
Round #3 of antibiotics - didn't work
Round #4 of antibiotics (40 days later and 5 days at the coast so she could breathe decent air) - SHE'S BETTER!!
Our visit to the doctor today was finally good news! She still has fluid in both ears but the infection is gone. He asked if when I took her to the coast if her nose cleared up...I said yes...he said, "that's what got her ears better!" It's a shame the air is so bad here - makes for pretty sunsets.
Ear infection for 40 days can you imagine? Poor baby!
Anyhow, we're praising the Lord for a healthy baby finally! She's just an absolute love when she feels good!
44 days until we leave for Australia! YWAM here we come!
